Leadership

We are led by a board of directors made up of non-stakeholder volunteers from communities across Oregon and from a variety of industries. The board sets our strategic direction, policies and budget and offers independent perspectives. Three advisory councils provide insight and ideas for board consideration.

Our staff brings expertise and creativity to manage planning, program oversight, reporting, customer service, training, stakeholder engagement, quality control and market feedback. Led by an Executive Team, Energy Trust values collaboration to achieve lasting clean energy results for our customers.
